Fixes and Modifications:
- Fixed a bug where the Defeat50Dragons task was being uncompleted.
- A few modifications were done to some skills were being OP/Unbalanced.
- Fixed the Breakthrough damage according to the new attack-base.
- Fixed the WindStorm & TripleAttack damage.
