Fixes and Modifications:
- Increased the TreasureInBlue CPs rewards.
- Increased the chance rate to find Halloween cards.
- Nerfed the WaveOfBlood damage by -20%.
- Fixed the ShoppingMall items costs.
- Fixed a bug where some mount armors were getting glitched with the Wardrobe.
- Nerfed the Passive skills for Spear, Wand, Poleaxe, Glaive damage.
