New features/events:
- A new NPC to upgrade your Weapons proficiency has been placed at the Market EquipmentArea.
- A new Hairstyles have been released for VIP 7 players.
- We have Added the 999's Flowers to the ChampionPts Shop.
- We have enabled the Change email function on our website again.
- ExchangeOfficer can swap your 1 OTP to 2000 CPs or (B)CPs now.
- Nerfed warriors Scythe melee damage.
- Reduced the ChangeName cost to 500,000 CPs.
