Fixes and Modifications:
- Fixed the Anti-cheat detector.
- Fixed an issue where shops getting bugged and unable to start vend.
- Preliminary codes were implemented for Christmas events.
- Modified the public shown wings rules so, wings will be appearing publicly over the Nobilities and the players with Maxed perfection.
- Modified the Wings on SGW so players will only be able to see their own wings.
