Fixes and Modifications:
- Fixed the Chi P-Damage and P+Damage stats.
- Fixed an issue where the Ninjas were doing 9k (sometimes).
- Fixed an issue that caused the PVP damage bugs from yesterday's update.
- Fixed a bug with the Tabcommand where players were invulnerable to p-attacks.
- Fixed an issue where the perfection skills happening so often regardless the chance-rate.
