Fixes and Modifications:
- Removed the limit for the HalloweenQuest tries per-day.
- Fixed a bug with the Transmog feature bugs your account through ChangeGender NPC.
- Fixed a common bug with Transmog where you couldn't deactivate your Transmog skin.
- Fixed an issue where the Penetration percentage was not properly calculated.
- Fixed a bug with the Breakthrough damage.
- Fixed the TripleAttack skill bug, Now it will be trigged even faster.
- Fixed the WhirlwindKick cool-down so it's now playable and no longer spammable.
- Reduced the Cooldown for WWK+Palm combo and nerfed their combo damage aswell.
- Buffed the Taoists P-Defense as a compensation of x2 Bless removal.
- Buffed the ViperFang and DragonTail damage.
- Fixed the RadiantPalm skill range.
