Fixes and Modifications:
- Removed the Limit from the LettersQuest and it's now doable only from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 23:59.
- Fixed the cool-down glitch while trying to SoulShackle a teammate on TeamPK Mode.
- Fixed a bug where KingdomWar winners couldn't be awarded.
- Fixed a bug where Thanksgiving participants were getting out of the Top3 list.
- Modified the Nectar skill so its now consuming Stamina.
