Fixes and Modifications:
- Increased the Transmogs Max level to 10 with 12 Unlocked transmog garments and +3 For VIP7.
- Fixed an issue with the SnowBags drop rate.
- Buffed the S-DragonSlayer, and BuriedBlade Weapon accessory to enhance its value.
- Modified the ChampionPts rewards from LettersQuest to 50 Points instead of 350.
- Modified the CPs rewards from LettersQuest to 25m CPs instead of 10m CPs.
