Fixes & Modifications:
- Fixed a bug with EpicMonks where GraceOfHeaven skill wasn't increasing the Max-Stamina as it should.
- Balanced the Stamina Re-generation for monks & increased the cooldown on WWK skill.
- Fixed an issue where the Taoist's Backsword/EpicBacksword stats were not loaded up correctly.
- According to the previous fix, Taos will be having as max as other classes Blessed stats.
- Decreased the RadiantPalm damage by 12%.
