So ImmortalsCO players, We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to the late replies from the Support Center department.
After the conclusions we have made, We found out that most of the cases we are flooded with, related to *un-supported scam cases* as mentioned on this post's picture.
That's why you gotta follow & beware of these points:
- Please beware and mind your trade so you don't fall into these scam cases.
- Ask any of the staff members on discord to be middle-man while doing suspicious trades or even DO NOT do a trade you suspect.
- Ask for the funds first, since We protect the funds seller and not the buyer.
In case you didn’t follow these points and decided to you go in a stupid trade, We will be only banning the scammer. So do not expect any coverage.
