Fixes and Modifications:
- Fixed an issue with the PrizeOfficer NPC where certain items could not be purchased.
- Added the Hossu Soul to Boss drops with a slightly rarer drop rate.
- Adjusted the difficulty of obtaining CraftingScroll items from Bosses to make them more challenging to acquire.
